Established in 2020; Life Initiative For Change (LIC) is a young, result-driven local Zambian NGO of high integrity primarily focusing on the rights of girls and women. LICs interventions are focused on four (4) thematic areas that includes; Sexual Reproductive Health including HIV/AIDS, Disaster Risk Reduction, Social Governance and Poverty Eradication primarily targeting prority popuplations (young people,women,people with disabilities) and key Popuplations (Sex workers and People who inject drugs).
LIC came into existence from experience of seeing vulnerable groups of society experiencing various life issues and yet not being to adequately address them either because solutions are not available or not adequately targeted. As such LIC was born to address life issues of health and human rights barriers that affect the vulnerable populations.
Our interventions are around four (4) main areas of focus: Health, Social Governance, Disaster Risk Reduction and Poverty Alleviation

To design life changing solutions that meet the needs of the vulnerable population by addressing the interconnected issues of the full rights of women and girls and other vulnerable groups of society, and the environment.
